Community Health Network Launches New Website

Pearland, TX, December 14, 2020 — Community Health Network (CHN) has launched an updated corporate website (www.mychn.org) focused on providing same-day care to its patients and prospective patients. CHN is proud to unveil its new website and invites visitors to explore it. The new website is designed to be user friendly to highlight all the services (primary care, general dentistry, obstetrics and gynecology care, pediatric care, men’s health, student health services, behavioral and mental health services, and pharmacy).

The site includes new services and features that will help the user find care or refer care to others. The new services and features include:

  • Men’s Health Services will include testosterone treatment, hair loss treatment, erectile dysfunction, and more.
  • CHN Pharmacy allows individual and families to easily refill and transfer prescriptions to receive their medications by mail delivery at no cost.
  • Resources will allow the community and visitors to keep up to date with any of our community events via social media or in-person.
  • Donations community supporters can donate to our cause and their donation will be tax-deductible.
  • Translation is now available for the Latino and Vietnamese community.
  • Enrollment, scheduling, and virtual care is available electronically.

“Community Health Network is constantly expanding our ability to digitally deliver services including virtual care. Our updated website assists our patients and potential patients access to these services,” said Mark Young, Community Health Network’s CEO.

Community Health Network is a system of federally qualified health clinics located in Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris Counties that provide pharmacy, primary care, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, women’s health, men’s health, senior health, oral health care, psychiatry, and therapy. Individuals and families that are uninsured may be eligible for care at a discounted price.
