Wellness & Mindfulness Tips
Bell of Mindfulness
This a practice where a bell rings several times during the day. No matter what you are doing at the moment, such as carrying on a conversation, working on your tasks, etc., everyone pauses and goes silent when a bell sounds. Taking moments throughout the day to connect with your body, and reflect on your present moment, can significantly increase happiness and ease.
Half Smile Practice
Maintain upturned lips, and breath in and out three times. If you can practice this little exercise 6 times or more every day, you will notice a positive change in your body and mind. You can practice it when you have free time. (ex. hold for a call, at the airport, stop at a red light, etc.)
Change Your Mindset, Change Your World
You cannot cover the rough ground of the entire world with leather, but you can cover your feet with leather to travel the world. Likewise, it is impossible to change all the external things, but if you build up skillful mindsets and change your outlook on certain situations, your world will change.
