Compassionate Care for Recovery and Healing
Recovery looks different for everyone; that’s why our Substance Use Disorder Program uses a whole-person approach, addressing physical health, mental health, and social needs together.
Our care teams work collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans that support recovery while respecting each person’s goals, values, and readiness for change.
SUD Services Include:
- Screening and assessment for substance use disorders
- Individualized treatment planning
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), when appropriate
- Behavioral health counseling and therapy
- Peer support services
- Care coordination and referrals to community resources
- Ongoing support and follow-up care
Services are delivered in a confidential, respectful, and judgment-free environment.
