Scarsdale location is one of the worst’s locations. I’ve had a RX pending in the pharmacy for 3 weeks , waiting for NP to fill out prior authorization. I’ve called several times, pharmacy has call several times, I’ve been up to the location several times with no help. The Lead medical assistant is rude , with no access to management either. Not sure what else to do, will definitely file a formal complaint against this clinic.

I came for my first therapy appointment kind of a mess cause of work the night before, I didn't even have my insurance info. I was prepared to pay full price for my session and deal with the insurance verification another time, but Daniela was really patient and helpful with getting things lined up for me! I walked out paying much less than I would've had to and I'm very grateful for that.

This is the best healthcare and industry customer service HANDS DOWN! The women at the reception are literally so fun and professional, Ms. Valerie was theeeee best dental assistant anyone could ask for and special kudos to my dentist! That man was sooo gentle throughout the whole process of my extractions!!!!! The shots and all! They told me I was done and I literally thought they were lying. They are why I literally drive an hour to come here!

I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic with my 6-month-old daughter! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure she felt comfortable and happy the entire time. Stephanie went above and beyond by blowing up a balloon for her, which she absolutely adored! It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Kaila at the front desk was also amazing—so kind, welcoming, and resourceful. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the warmth and care from the staff, and I highly recommend this clinic to any parents looking for a place that genuinely cares about their little ones!
