How to Access Care After Hours
Patients may access care 24 hours a day by calling MyCHN at:
Call During Regular Business Hours:​
Calls made during regular business hours will be answered by staff in MyCHN’s Call Center.
Call Center staff will gather information to determine whether a clinical or non-clinical staff person is needed to assist you. If the purpose of your call is medical, dental or behavioral health related, the appropriate personnel will return your call with instructions from your provider.
Calls Outside Regular Business Hours (After Hours):​

Patients with a Behavioral Emergency should call the Crisis Hotline at
1-800-273-TALK (8255)
electronic system. A recorded message available in English and Spanish will direct you that the office is closed and to call back during normal business hours for appointment information and all non-urgent matters.
There is also an option to speak with a clinical staff person for urgent issues. Selecting this option will connect you to a clinical staff person who will ask for your identifying information (name, date of birth, phone number, etc.) and the reason for your call. This information will be communicated with your provider who will contact you for instructions.
