Students Health Services
Community Health Network is providing the best care possible for students. We value parents’ time and children’s safety, therefore we can provide many of our services virtually or at MyCHN School-Based Clinic. Also, you can use our pharmacy services and have your child’s medications delivered to your home at no extra cost.
