MyCHN Silverlake

The wait has gotten terrible over the last two years I've been going here and taking my kids here. If you have 2 hours to wait to only be told the most basic information you can Google I guess this is the place. If you have any real concerns wait for the combativeness from the doctors here, you will not feel heard what so ever if they are even doctors who come to examine your child. The front desk staff and assistance are nice, as well as the pharmacy is convenient. The play area is also a nice place for your child to have a moment to play before being left in a room for hours regardless of how busy or not busy it looks.

On another occasion I brought my oldest daughter in who was having cold sweats, fever, and a cough for days. She went into the room herself as she's 19 I stayed with her brother in the play area. Over 2 hours later she comes out. She tells me she got prescribed allergy medicine and never got tested for anything. Then whomever came in said she would be back and never came back to tell her she could go. Ofc whatever the lady prescribed didn't even help what so ever.....I could go on and on about experiences here but I always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I will no longer be taking my kids here in the future.

Only putting a 2 star because of the front desk staff....
