As a CPP partner, during this back-to-school season, MyCHN will offer free, in-person assistance to help individuals and families apply for and manage state benefit programs, including Medicaid, CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program), and SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program).
Through this partnership with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), MyCHN continues to solidify its commitment to addressing social and economic factors that impact health outcomes.
