November 13th, 2025, Freeport, TX — MyCHN is proud to announce the launch of MyCHN Care Plus, a new sexual health and wellness service line, providing testing, treatment, and prevention services to the community in a confidential, compassionate setting. The clinic will be open at MyCHN Freeport, and a second operating clinic will open at Scarsdale Family Health Center in January 2026.

MyCHN Care Plus will provide comprehensive sexual health services, including:
- Confidential STI testing and treatment
- Prevention education and counseling
- Access to PrEP and other preventive resources
- Referrals for follow-up and ongoing care
MyCHN Care Plus clinics are open to the public and accept appointments and walk-ins.
