On 4/14/26, Tracey was a huge help in patient care. A 90-year-old patient who was participating in the Senior support group had an accident in the restroom. The patient was very embarrassed and distraught over the incident. Tracey was instrumental in helping by finding clothing from her own vehicle for the patient to change into so that no evidence of the incident would be seen, and by helping her clean up. The patient was given her sense of dignity and privacy. Tracey then proceeded to help clean the bathroom; she used a calm voice and encouraged the patient the entire time. Tracey made the client feel at ease and gave her a sense of dignity, allowing her to leave the bathroom without what happened being seen by other people in the office. She demonstrated the true meaning of patient care and teamwork.
