Bacliff, TX, August 13th, 2025 – MyCHN is excited to announce the reopening of its Bacliff clinic. After a period of temporary closure, MyCHN Bacliff is ready to welcome patients and provide trusted, high-quality, whole-person care to the community. Patients will have access to the following services:

- In-Person & Virtual Therapy & Counseling
- In-Person & Virtual Psychiatry

Patients will officially be able to see MyCHN providers at this location starting Monday, February 23rd, 2026.
