Mrs. Nguyen’s love and dedication to her patients go above and beyond. Mrs. Nguyen had a patient come in and see her; this patient’s blood pressure was elevated, and he was sweating and feeling lightheaded. Knowing that he had just gotten out of the hospital, she kept him in the room and assisted him with scheduling an appointment for all his needs. Mrs. Nguyen got him with our eligibility department, assisted in paying for his medication so he could stay seated, and found a ride for him to get home.
