Delta Dental Community Care Foundation Awards Community Health Network

Pearland, TX, April 27, 2020, — Community Health Network will continue to fulfill its mission to provide accessible quality healthcare to its patients and communities with the support of the Delta Dental Community Care Foundation Grant.

Community Health Network (CHN) has adopted the protocols outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for CHN to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 disease while providing emergency dental services to the community.

Emergency dental service hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4 PM: 281-824-1480.

CHN’s Call Center is prepared to assist with calls or questions community members seeking emergency dental services. The call center is available Monday- Friday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM: 281-824-1480.

Individuals and families that are uninsured may be eligible for care at a discounted price, and patients that are not eligible will find substantial value in our office visits, lab costs, and pharmacy pricing.
