Jennifer always greets patients with a smile and pleasant attitude. From the moment a patient checked in to the moment a patient checked out, she is very patient with them. She has a very calming effect on people and is attentive to their needs and questions. She values others’ feelings enough to let them explain, even when it’s uncomfortable. A patient came into the clinic after her spouse’s recent passing. Jennifer immediately got out of her chair, went to the patient, and stepped aside to give the patient her condolences regarding her spouse’s passing. The patient needed and appreciated Jennifer’s comforting words that day, as the days had all been gloomy for her. Jennifer offered the patient water, and our medical assistant was able to see her as soon as she was ready.
