Alansya went above and beyond for a patient who was having difficulty getting labs done by another medical assistant. She went out of her way to make the patient feel comfortable and walk her through the blood draw. The patient was extremely happy to have someone who could finally take their lab. Alansya always goes above and beyond to make sure all patients feel comfortable and relaxed in the clinic. She walks them through every step, and many patients who know her by name will actually request her. She is amazing and continues to go the extra mile!
