A new BH patient came to care coordination on 3/28/2022. The patient has struggled with major behavioral and anger outbursts with his family. The patient has a history of drug use, not wanting to listen, and moving between his mother’s and father’s house for care. The patient has been hospitalized for violent outbursts several times and arrested for breaking into homes.  The patient works with Jon Benefiel and Victor Varghese continuously. The BH team has placed the patient at high monitoring risk. However, this has been one of their more complex cases. James, the patient’s father, mother, and stepmother have worked continuously to provide as many services as possible to get the patient at a sustainable level. There are times James and his family are in contact every week to schedule emergency appointments.
