Erika Paz, LPC, LCDCÂ
Erika Paz is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with 11 years of experience in the mental health field. Paz graduated from Capella University with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality & Business Administration, and in 2011, she received a Master’s in Human Services and Counseling. She has been helping individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health problems for over a decade. Erika Paz started her career as a volunteer for a crisis hotline in Florida, which allows her to bring compassion, empathy, and a unique approach to her sessions. A wide range of experiences with different cultures and people gives her a broader perspective on mental health. Paz treats her patients with compassion and empathy because she knows it will significantly impact their health outcomes.Â
