Community Health Network Hosts Health Fair At Revive Church Press Release

Houston, TX, Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 — Community Health Network is pleased to announce a health fair at Revive Church in Pasadena, Texas. The health fair will provide vaccinations, glucose screenings, and dental screenings. MyCHN (Community Health Network) is thrilled to partner for the first time with Revive Church to bring this event to the community of Pasadena. The health fair will allow MyCHN to provide awareness of accessible healthcare services and resources accessible healthcare services and resources awareness.  

When: 11AM – 2PM, Saturday, April 30th, 2022 

Where: Revive Church (1062 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77504)
