MyCHN patients will have faster access to high-quality in-person or virtual same-day care. Our new providers have years of experience in the field and deliver whole-person care. Community Health Network is pleased to have these two new providers on board at our Pearland and Freeport locations.

Ifeoma Onozie, APRN,FNP-C
Ifeoma Onozie, a Family Nurse Practitioner, received her Master’s in Science of Nursing from Walden University in 2020. Onozie’s professional mission is to provide excellent care to the general public regardless of status. In addition, she believes in educating and informing her patients early; this way, patients learn how to take a proactive role in their health throughout their life span. Onozie’s approach is to have her patients feel empowered and take ownership of their health. She emphasizes preventative care and believes in the importance of listening to the patients and their needs. Ifeoma Onozie is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Houston Area Nigerian Nurse Practitioner Association. Onozie will be joining our Pearland team.
Zipporah Brown, FNP-C
Zipporah Brown, a Family Nurse Practitioner, received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington in 2021. In 2016, she received the Del Mar College Outstanding Nursing Student Award. Brown’s mission is to be honest, empathetic, and impactful in the health of her patients. In addition, she’s committed to providing the best service to all her patients by ensuring they feel listened to and understood. Zipporah Brown wants her patients to thrive in a healthy, happy, and educated environment. She is a part of the Brazoria Area Nurse Practitioners Association and Texas Nurse Practitioners Association. Brown will be joining our Freeport team.
