The MyCHN App is Here!

Community Health Network is excited to announce the MyCHN Mobile App’s release. The app is now available for our patients to start using as of this Fall. This is a great tool that we know our patients will enjoy and benefit from using. The app is available for downloaded on IOS and Android. Patients can schedule appointments, access their lab results, refill prescriptions, and track their vitals. It’s a great way to skip phone calls and still get the excellent service they know and love from MyCHN.

The MyCHN app has been in the works for a long time, and we are excited to be rolling it out. The app ensures patients have easy access to their healthcare needs. You can click here to download the app to your phone.

Our patients will have their health information in the palm of their hand when using the MyCHN app,” says Mark Young, Community Health Network’s Chief Executive Officer.
