Clute, TX, June 27th, 2024 – MyCHN is excited to participate in the Brazoria County Dream Center’s annual Back 2 School Bash at MyCHN Clute. This community event is open to families with school-aged children who are enrolled in one of the Brazoria County public schools for a day where families can access healthcare, receive essential school supplies to start the school year, and obtain valuable resources from our community partners. Â
The BCDC Back 2 School Bash will feature health screenings and resources will be available for parents to ensure their children have a healthy start to the school year. Registration is required for all who would like to attend. Visit Back 2 School Bash (bcdreamcenter.org) from June 25th to July 17th to register. Â
MyCHN is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services and fostering a strong sense of community among its members. MyCHN Clute will conduct their Whole-Person Care Event on July 18 from 1 – 5 pm and August 1 from 1 – 5 pm. MyCHN Clute will have an information table on July 2 and July 9 in the lobby for the registration of the Whole-Person Care Event. Â
