Community Health Network Now Offers Dental Sedation for Pediatric Population

Alvin, Texas, February 17th, 2022 — My Community Health Network is pleased to announce the availability of dental sedation for pediatric patients. Sedation will allow peace of mind for pediatric patients, parents, and providers.  It helps calm children who have situational anxiety associated with the dentist. Patients and parents will feel calm and relaxed during the sedation period. Parents can be spared the concern of being referred to a surgical center for general anesthesia. Sedation helps MYCHN provide quality care to pediatric patients who have fears related to dental treatment. We are delighted to provide this service to pediatric populations in the communities we serve.

“CHN is happy to provide this service to our community. Ensuring that our pediatric patients their full pediatric care without the need for referral is important to us. This service is currently available in Alvin, and we hope to move these services to our other dental sites,” said Mark Young, Community Health Network’s Chief Executive Officer.
