Jessica Del Fiero is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jessica provides compassionate care to diverse populations, offering expertise in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, parenting, adjustment to parenthood, conflict resolution, family dynamics, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, substance use, and addictions.
Ms. Jessica holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work, earned in 2019. She received her professional license in 2020. Her academic foundation also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown, completed in 2012.
With over 10 years of experience working with children and families in child protective services, Ms. Jessica has deep expertise in supporting those affected by abuse and neglect. She has also spent more than four years in an inpatient psychiatric facility, providing care to adolescents, men, and women coping with various mental health disorders and crisis situations.
Ms. Jessica’s professional approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Strength-Based techniques. She meets individuals where they are in their journey, offering tools for self-growth and empowerment.
