Houston, TX, August 28th, 2023 – MyCHN’s Wellness Program Coordinator, Dr. Jiali Sun, hosts virtual wellness events for patients and the community. Two virtual meditation events will be happening in September to promote our wellness program. The MyCHN Wellness Program is here to help patients improve the connection between the mind, body, and soul and reduce their stress and anxiety. These 30-minute meditation sessions will be led by Dr. Jiali Sun. She specializes in the integration of modern medicine and Eastern wellness practices.
Participants will be able to sit in the comfort of their home to watch and follow as Dr. Sun leads them step by step through a meditation practice. The first event will be on Friday, September 1st, and the second on Friday, September 15th. Participants can visit the MyCHN Wellness Program page on the MyCHN website to register for the event, and the Zoom link will be sent in an email after registration.
