Silverlake, TX, October 13th, 2023 – MyCHN is glad to announce the addition of a new pediatrician, Dr. Sharmistha Lahiri, to Silverlake and its surrounding communities in Pearland. Dr. Sharmistha Lahiri is an experienced pediatrician ready to provide her patients and families with a safe and comfortable space to become and stay healthy at MyCHN Silverlake.

Dr. Sharmistha Lahiri received her doctorate of medicine from McGovern Medical School at UT Health in 2014. After graduation, she completed her pediatrics internship and residency at UT Houston / McGovern Medical School in Houston, TX. As a senior resident, Dr. Lahiri supervised the medical students at Texas Medical Center (Level III Trauma Center) in the pediatric wards and ICU and the outpatient clinic at Harris Health from 2018 to 2021. She is a proud member of the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) group and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Lahiri loves working with infants, children, and teenagers. She believes in providing them with a comfortable space to better their health.
