Meet Yenys Juarez, LPC
Yenys Juarez is a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience providing trauma-informed mental health services to individuals, youth, and families. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and is bilingual in English and Spanish, offering culturally responsive care to diverse communities. Her clinical work is grounded in a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and community-based mental health.
Ms. Juarez has served in multiple leadership roles, including as Chief Clinical Officer and Program Director at Family Service Center, where she developed and oversaw innovative mental health programs across multiple counties. Her experience includes individual and family counseling, group therapy, school-based interventions, and program development supported by state-regulated grants. She is trained in several evidence-based methods, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy.
Ms. Juarez brings her expertise and passion for community-centered healing to MyCHN, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based counseling to individuals and families. Her work supports clients through both short-term challenges and long-term goals, promoting emotional wellness, resilience, and lasting recovery.
