Meet Nhu Nguyen, FNP-C

Nhu Nguyen, an accomplished Family Nurse Practitioner, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role in delivering high-quality patient care. With a Master of Science in Nursing from UTHealth Texas Medical Center, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, earned in 2018, Nguyen’s educational background is both extensive and robust. She also holds an Associate Degree in Nursing and a Licensed Vocational Nursing certification from San Jacinto College.

Nguyen has gained valuable clinical experience across various healthcare settings, including primary care, acute care, and specialized cardiac care. Her previous roles allowed her to independently manage her patient load and provide chronic care management services. Additionally, her expertise in cardiac care was honed during her time at Houston Methodist Medical Center and Memorial Hermann Southeast, where she managed complex cases involving heart failure, transplant patients, and pulmonary artery hypertension.

Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and equipped with advanced certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Nguyen is well-prepared to handle a wide range of medical situations. She is also a certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation (DOT), further expanding her scope of practice.

Nguyen’s dedication to her patients is evident in her commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Whether managing chronic conditions, conducting acute care visits, or educating patients on health maintenance, she prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of those she serves.
