Freeport, TX, November 13th, 2024 – MyCHN is thrilled to announce the rebranding and reopening of the Freeport Community Health Center, now named MyCHN Freeport. Following the damage caused by Tropical Storm Beryl, the center has been renovated to continue its mission of serving the community’s healthcare needs. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024, at 3:00 pm, with an open house to follow from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
The newly rebranded MyCHN Freeport facility has been revitalized with modernized spaces and updated technology, all designed to enhance the quality of care for MyCHN’s Freeport patients. The open house will allow the community to tour the upgraded facility, learn more about the services provided, and meet the dedicated healthcare professionals at MyCHN Freeport.
