MyCHN Support Groups Update Press Release

Alvin, TX, April 19th, 2024 MyCHN provides in-person and virtual mental and behavioral health services, including support groups. These groups are led by MyCHN’s highly qualified behavioral health providers and are open to patients of all ages. MyCHN requires new members to schedule an initial individual appointment with a provider before joining. Depending on your insurance coverage, joining one of MyCHN’s support groups may be at no cost to the patient.

Demi Minter, Behavioral Health Clinical Director stated, "At a time when we have access to more people, we're lonelier than we've ever been. People have a difficult time developing social connections with peers. Participation in a support group of shared interests is an opportunity to develop social connections while working towards improvement of emotional health and total wellbeing.
