Houston, TX August 11th, 2023 – MyCHN is excited to partner with Texas Vein & Wellness Institute to provide vein and vascular screenings to patients. This partnership promotes vein and vascular health and allows patients easy access to this screening.
This screening service will be able available for patients at select MyCHN locations, so patients must request appointments, and a location will be given to them. As of July 2023, vein and vascular screenings have begun at our Houston location – Scarsdale Family Health Center. Those who participate will have the opportunity to meet with experienced Texas Vein & Wellness providers and receive personalized recommendations depending on their results.
