Pearland, TX, April 8th, 2026  – MyCHN is proud to announce that its executive leadership team will present a featured breakout session at the OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute, showcasing an innovative approach to expanding access and improving outcomes for underinsured populations.

The session, titled “Improving Access & Outcomes for the Underinsured Through Subscription-Based Care,” will take place on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM ET.

The presentation will feature:

  • Mark Young, MOM, MBA, Chief Executive Officer
  • Linh TranCPA, CMPE, CHA, CIFHA, Chief Financial Officer
  • Dr. Yvette Poindexter, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., MBA, Chief Medical & Operations Officer
  • Demi MinterLPC, LCDC, Chief Behavioral Health Officer

Together, they will present MyCHN’s My Concierge Access Model (MCA)—a low-cost, subscription-based care program designed to improve access for uninsured and underinsured populations, including individuals covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and high-risk patient groups.

The MCA program offers timely access to care within 24–48 hours for a low monthly fee and provides comprehensive, whole-person services, including:

  • Virtual medical care
  • Mental health counseling
  • Dental services
  • Coordinated, integrated care

“Access remains one of the biggest barriers in health care, especially for underinsured populations. Our Concierge Access Model is designed to remove those barriers by offering affordable, timely, and comprehensive care that truly meets patients where they are.”

During the session, attendees will gain insight into how subscription-based care models can address gaps in traditional health care systems while improving both clinical outcomes and patient experience.

The OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute brings together health care leaders from across the country to explore forward-thinking strategies that improve access, efficiency, and quality of care.
