Jennifer Daniels is a dedicated and highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in mental health care, case management, and patient education. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and completed her Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Chamberlain College of Nursing. With over a decade of nursing experience in diverse healthcare settings, Daniels is passionate about providing comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals across the lifespan.
Daniels’ extensive clinical experience includes psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration to create personalized treatment plans. She has trained under leading psychiatric professionals and has gained expertise in managing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. In addition to her mental health experience, Daniels has worked in critical care, heart transplant intensive care, and home health settings, further enhancing her holistic approach to patient care.
Daniels has served in various healthcare roles, including as an Adjunct Licensed Vocational Nurse Instructor at Houston Community College, where she mentors and educates future nurses. She is committed to bridging gaps in mental health care and advocating for accessible, high-quality treatment for all patients.
