Alvin, Texas, January 19th, 2022, — Community Health Network (CHN or MyCHN) is consolidating its social media accounts. This allows for a more streamlined patient experience. MyCHN can now engage with patients much more efficiently. This consolidation will further MyCHN’s commitment to providing quality care to our patients. In our efforts to communicate efficiently, patients will now be able to communicate via other means besides social media such as Google My Business. Patients can also send messages and ask questions on MyCHN’s Google profiles regarding booking appointments, contacting our pharmacies, and more.
