MY Community Health Foundation is a newly established nonprofit organization that will support the vital work MyCHN provides to underserved communities. The foundation’s mission is to bolster MyCHN’s efforts in delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare services to uninsured and underinsured populations while striving to improve health outcomes and advocate for equitable care.
Key Areas of Support Include:
- Providing financial aid for healthcare costs to individuals who are unable to afford medical care.
