Angleton, TX, June 18th, 2024 – MyCHN and United Way of Brazoria County are pleased to announce the relaunch of the BrazCo Resource Network (BrazCo) platform powered by CHN Tech Solutions. The BrazCo Resource Network is a complete referral and tracking system for facilities to refer clients to other agencies to assist in meeting SDOH needs. BrazCo has been enhanced to include new features and improved functionalities designed to streamline agency interactions and better serve the needs of our community. This relaunch comes with significant upgrades reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and community connection.
