My Community Health Network Hosts Easter Extravaganza In Freeport Municipal Park Press Release

April 8th, 2022 – Community Health Network is elated to announce an Easter Extravaganza event! The event Is free and open to the public. MyCHN encourages the community to bring their families, as there will be many fun activities for the kids. MyCHN’s Easter extravaganza will feature food, pictures with the Easter Bunny, bike giveaways, and 20,000 easter eggs to find! My Community Health Network is honored to host this event in the Freeport community. This event allows MyCHN to extend its service to the community beyond the integrated care services. 

When: Saturday, April 9th, 2022  

Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm  

Where: Freeport Municipal Park – 421 N Brazosport Blvd Freeport, TX 77541
