Mobile Covid-19 Testing

Pearland, TX, May 1, 2020, — Community Health Network is driven by its mission to provide healthcare to the communities it serves. We are partnering with Brazoria County, Homeland Preparedness Project, Sweeny Community Hospital and Brazosport College to offer free COVID-19 testing to Brazoria county residents. The hours and locations for the mobile testing site are listed below.

May 5th – May 8th

Hours of Operation:

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: 10 AM – 6 PM

Wednesday: 10 AM – 4 PM

Thursday: 10 AM – 4 PM

Friday: 10 AM – 4 PM

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed

CHN’s Call Center is prepared to assist with calls or questions from community members seeking COVID testing services. The call center is available Monday- Friday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM: 281-824-1480.  

“We are excited to expand our partnership with Sweeny Hospital and Brazosport College to increase COVID-19 prescreening and testing to greater numbers of Brazoria County residents.,” said Mark Young, Community Health Network’s Chief Executive Officer.

Community Health Network is a system of federally qualified health clinics located in Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris Counties that provide pharmacy, primary care, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, women’s health, men’s health, senior health, oral health care, psychiatry, and therapy. Individuals and families that are uninsured may be eligible for care at a discounted price, and patients that are not eligible will find substantial value in our office visits, lab costs, and pharmacy pricing. Community Health Network offers access to emergency dental services, telehealth, and telemedicine for pediatric, counseling, therapeutic services, obstetrics and prenatal care, and adult medicine.
