Graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2013 and a Master of Social Work in 2015 from UT-Austin, Linares cultivated her expertise while serving women, children, and families at local agencies. During her tenure, Linares immersed herself in various roles, including aiding in adoption and foster care, supporting domestic violence survivors, and advocating for vulnerable youth. These experiences ignited her passion for assisting individuals in navigating life’s challenges. Specializing in addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life adjustments, Linares approaches therapy with empathy, creativity, and a focus on uncovering each individual’s unique strengths. She incorporates various modalities, including art, music, and sensory tools, to foster an environment of acceptance and empowerment for her clients.Â
