Alvin, TX October 11th, 2023 – MyCHN is partnering with the Houston Food Bank to bring free food resources to patients and community members in need. This month, the Food RX Market Trailer will cater to Alvin, TX, community members in the Food RX program. The trailer will be located at the parking lot across from Stanton’s Shopping Center on Monday, October 16th.
