In October, a patient was dropped off at a MyCHN location for an appointment. Once her appointment was complete, we all thought she had left, but when the dental was done for the day, and Stephanie was leaving, she noticed a patient standing outside. The patient had been waiting for her ride, but it didn’t show up. Stephanie came back into the office and called another staff member to ask if there was anything we could do for the patient. Of course, there was! She ordered her an Uber, and Stephanie waited until her ride came. The patient was eternally grateful for the kind gesture.
