Royella was called on her extension in reach for a patient’s daughter. The patient wanted to know if Royella could see her on the same day as her medical appointment. The patient stated this was the only day she was able to come because she has a grown special needs daughter and has a sitter for today only. Royella told her yes, she could squeeze her in.

The patient was thankful that Royella was able to squeeze her in on the same day. She started crying and explaining how she doesn’t work and takes care of her grown special needs daughter full time, that’s why she can only pay $10 on her payment plan.
