I must inform you that I am moving to Community Health Network’s Scarsdale Family Health Center location at 10851 Scarsdale Blvd., Ste. 160, Houston, TX 77089 effective November 1, 2022. This means that I will no longer practice at the MyCHN League City Clinic at.2360 Gulf Frwy S. Ste. 100-C, League City, TX 77573. I will greatly miss all of my patients and parents that I’ve cared for over the years at the MyCHN League City Clinic. I hope you will decide to keep your child’s care with Shari Jackson, M.D. at this location.
Dr. Jackson, Pediatrician, Dr. Shari Jackson received her medical doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1999. Dr. Jackson completed her pediatric residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2002. After residency, Dr. Jackson served proudly in the U.S. Army as a general pediatrician at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. She was an Officer in Charge of the Pediatric Clinic at Womack Army Medical Center and Medical Director of the Exceptional Family Members Program. This program linked soldiers who had special-needs children with world-wide assignment stations that could accommodate their medical needs. Dr. Jackson has been a general pediatrician with Community Health Network since 2014 and continues her love of teaching medicine to the next generation of physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Dr. Jackson is board-certified in Pediatrics and a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Jackson has been recognized as one of the top pediatricians in the Alvin-Manvel area for three consecutive years in -2018, 2019, and 2020.

The Scarsdale Family Health Center location provides high-quality, whole-person care with medical, and behavioral, including psychiatry, a pharmacy offering brand-name prescriptive medications at reduced prices, and a full-service dental clinic. As with the Freeport Community Health Center, you and your family members are welcome to use these services. The Center accepts Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, and most Private Insurance and sees patients with no insurance. Any patient that does not have insurance may qualify for services for a small copay based on household size and income.
