Dr. Saeed’s Letter to Patients

Dear Parent/Guardian,

It is with mixed emotions that I inform you of my retirement from practicing medicine on October 31, 2022. Caring for pediatric patients, and partnering with you as parents, has been one of the most rewarding experiences of a long career serving others. I will greatly miss every one of you.

As I prepare to leave, I hope you will continue your care with Community Health Network and Dr. Shari Jackson, General Pediatrician, as she moves to the MyCHN League City practice. Dr. Jackson has been a General Pediatrician with Community Health Network since 2014.  She serves as our Pediatric Director and has been recognized as one of the top pediatricians in the Alvin-Manvel area for three consecutive years in (2018, 2019, and 2020).  Although she will be dearly missed by her patients in Alvin at the Women and Children’s Clinic, I am excited that she will care for my patients at the MyCHN League City location.

The MyCHN League City location provides high-quality, whole-person care with medical, and behavioral, including psychiatry, a pharmacy offering brand-name prescriptive medications at reduced prices, and a full-service dental clinic slated to open (date). As with the Women and Children’s Clinic, you and your family members are welcome to use these services. The Center accepts Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, most Private Insurance and sees patients with no insurance. Any patient that does not have insurance may qualify for services for a small copay based on household size and income.

If you have any questions or concern, please do not hesitate to call the main phone number at 281-824-1480.  I wish you and your children good health and happiness.

Sincerely,

Dr. K. Saeed, M.D.
