Community Health Network (MyCHN) is excited to host the return of its 4th Annual Fundraiser, Dodge For A Cause. Dodge For A Cause is a community dodgeball fundraising tournament. Generous contributions from our community supporters are used to cover the cost of care for low-income medical, dental, mental health, and uninsured patients. Proceeds from this year’s fundraiser will go toward MyCHN’s Transportation Department.

Event Purpose

MyCHN is a private non-profit health organization that exists to meet the health and wellness needs of our Brazoria, Galveston, and Southeast Harris counties. In our efforts to address various barriers to health and wellness, MyCHN has created a community impact fund.

This fund is designed to assist patients with the various costs of accessing health services, such as health and wellness visits, transportation, and medication expenses. A large percentage of our patients are adversely impacted due to rising costs in daily needs such as food, utilities, and transportation. Your gift will ensure patients are able to access quality and cost-effective care.
