Community Health Network Remodeled MyCHN Adoue Press Release

Alvin, TX, January 19, 2022 — Community Health Network (CHN) welcomes Spring by renaming and remodeling Adoue Family Health Center to MyCHN Adoue in Alvin, Texas. MyCHN Adoue has been our flagship location for the past 13 years. It has kept the engine going as we expanded to areas of our community that needed care. We have made some renovations over the last several years, but none as significant as those of late. A couple of years ago, HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration), Direct Relief, and The United Way of Brazoria County provided us with grant funding that paved the way for the renovations.

“The Adoue Family Health Center is being renamed MyCHN Adoue, and we are pleased that we have been able to give this facility some much needed improvements. We believe our staff and the people we serve deserve the best,” said Mark Young, Community Health Network’s Chief Executive Officer.

MyCHN Adoue was given a significant interior and exterior facelift. First and foremost we have new and expanded parking. Inside, we removed old flooring, expanded the dental exam rooms, painted the building throughout, and renovated the administrative area to add a complete Class A Pharmacy. These renovations enable us to provide our current and future patients with a comfortable place to receive quality care. In addition, the expansion of our dental exam rooms enables us to provide support for our pediatric dentists and our pediatric patients. The Class A pharmacy will be a full-service pharmacy that will be an integral part of our commitment to whole-person care. Our Call Center is ready to assist individuals in need of immediate assistance with questions or requests regarding appointments from 7:30am-7:00pm Monday-Friday and 8:00am-5:00pm at (281) 824-1480.
