Lake Jackson, TX, May 11, 2021 — Community Health Network (CHN) is proud to announce its latest clinic to be opened inside the Brazos Mall in Lake Jackson, Texas. Lake Jackson Family Care will offer behavioral and mental health services in-person and virtually to all ages. The clinic will also provide COVID-19 vaccinations and financial screening services. The facility will open its doors to the community and mall shoppers.
