Cody Stephens Foundation Heart Screening Press Release

Clute, TX July 26th, 2023 – MyCHN is partnering with the Cody Stephens Foundation, Brazosport Independent School District, and New Hope Missionary Baptist Church to bring the Go Big or Go Home Heart Screening event Student-athletes in the Clute, Freeport, Lake Jackson, and Angleton communities are invited for a free heart screening. The event will occur at Clute Intermediate School on August 5th from 9 am to 12 pm. Screening spots are limited, so it is important for students to register.
