Pearland, Texas, March 22nd, 2022 – Community Health Network (CHN) is pleased to announce the opening of a new location on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022, in Pearland, Texas! This new location will be the second Pearland location for Community Health Network. MyCHN Silverlake will allow CHN to expand its commitment to providing quality care that uplifts its patients. MyCHN Silverlake will offer patients dental care, pediatric care, and OB/GYN services. The addition of the Silverlake location furthers MyCHN’s ability to deliver whole-person care services and programs to the communities we serve.

Community Health Network is a system of federally qualified health clinics located in Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris Counties that provide pharmacy, primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, men’s health, senior health, oral health care, psychiatry, and therapy.
