BCDC Pharmacy Opening Press Release

Clute, TX, September 15, 2022 Community Health Network (MyCHN) is excited to announce that our BCDC- Brazoria County Dream Center: Integrated Health Center is opening a pharmacy in October 2022. This clinic provides medical and behavioral health care for those in the area, and now a pharmacy is being added for the community. More details will be released in the upcoming weeks.

Patients will be able to see their primary care physician, have a medication prescribed, and pick it up on-site. Access to a pharmacy on-site and mail delivery is a way for MyCHN patients to stay on course with their care plan. With this new pharmacy, MyCHN can provide whole-person care and address social determinants of health by eliminating transportation and cost barriers.

We aim to provide whole-person care and improve the health outcomes in the Clute community,” says Mark Young, Chief Executive Officer of Community Health Network.
