Pearland, TX August 16th – MyCHN will return to providing food resources to Pearland’s families by collaborating with the Pearland Chamber of Commerce for the Food RX Market Trailer. Every month we partner with the Houston Food Bank to address social determinants of health, such as food insecurity.
